Circular conveyor
Circular conveyors are the popular multi-talents of material flow systems. They transport light to medium-heavy goods through productions or painting plants at reasonable prices. They overcome slopes or arches and can be kilometres long. Temperatures up to 400°C and explosion-proof areas are no problem for them.
Kewesta-Kreisförder is one of the leading suppliers in the market. Due to the partially patented cross-joint chain, which is proven in thousands of plants every day, Kewesta can overcome even the most difficult layouts with small radii without the chain getting back on its feet.
All 55Nn chains are also pre-pressed before delivery and do not extend through inlet operations. This eliminates the extremely disturbing initial length of the chains in many competitive products. This is often in the order of 3% and leads to continuous removal of chain parts from the systems in the first weeks after commissioning, and additionally to the need to adjust the control. Without this initial extension, the Kewesta plants reach the safe point of operation much faster for optimal production.
Kewesta chains are also among the lightest in the market. This property is especially important when the chains are used in temperature ranges and furnaces. Here the low weight saves considerable energy costs, as a chain always transports a certain amount of heat from the furnaces. Often the high-quality Kewesta chains already count on this factor!
As highlights, Kewesta offers stainless steel chains on request, which can even withstand a temperature of up to 400°C with high temperature bearings, as well as maintenance-free drives that do not require any additional lubrication.
Of course, Kewesta supplies its circular conveyors both in hanging form and as ground conveyors.
